In this section you will find tips for stretching the martial arts, gymnastics and
Fitness. Here's a short list with all types of track, starting with the
Muscle pain caused at least:

1.
Passive static stretching - can be used daily.
2.
Static active stretching - can be used daily.
3.
More dynamic stretching techniques - you can 4 or 5 times a week.
4.
Dynamic Ballistic stretching - can be applied 3 to 4 times a week.
5.
Isometric Stretching - can be applied up to 3 times per week. This is not for growing children.
6.
PNF stretching techniques - should not be used more than 3 times per week.
This is not for growing children.
