Any ideas on what % to give baby for cottage cheese in Canada, so many types I am just not sure...thanks? - cheese canada

I know that thou shalt not give milk or skim milk to 1% for some time and now I'm confused about this ..
(Available are skim, 1%, 2%, and dry curd)

If your baby is about 9 months, you can begin small amounts of dairy products like yogurt, cheese, firm cheese with food and your baby. From 9 until the age of 12 months in total (homo) milk may be introduced. Feed your baby is not up 2%, 1% or skim milk before 2 years. Low-fat milk does not contain enough energy or fat for a baby in active growth.

I do not know what dry curd ... Is this just a whole?

At least 2%, but if you do, make sure it's not a huge part of baby food - not enough in there. If you find a package the product, use it.
