L-Tyrosine for tanning? - l tyrosine tanning
I've heard that taking L-tyrosine a day, which improves the appearance of the skin, and dark. Is that true? A friend of mine told me that he used before tanning beds, and contributes to their darker and faster. But I'm not sure what to believe.
